Thermal Analysis of Axial Permanent Magnet Flywheel Machine Based on Equivalent Thermal Network Method

چکیده

The axial permanent magnet magnetic bearingless flywheel machine (APM-BFM) mostly operates under the state of high-power fast charging and discharging. Due to characteristics density per unit volume, centralized windings have small heat dissipation area high thermal loads, temperature rise on APM-BFM is a very important issue. Thermal analysis thus particular importance particularly for modern machines since distribution are significant during their running higher electromagnetic loads commonly used nowadays. In this paper, equivalent network method proposed evaluate APM-BFM. model established based basic theorem transfer. resistance source in analyzed calculated, balance equation established. each node solved, finally validity verified by finite element magnetic-thermal coupling simulation.
